Founder & Operations Director
Joseph Harden is a retired U.S. Coast Guard veteran and current Correctional Deputy II with over 25 years of combined experience in military operations, public safety, legal administration, personnel management, and high-security environments.
He served in both the United States Navy and U.S. Coast Guard — including operational assignments aboard USS Harry S. Truman (CVN-75) and multiple Coast Guard commands supporting personnel operations, legal services, and administrative mission support.
Currently assigned to specialized teams within the Sonoma County Sheriff's Office, Joseph brings real-world corrections experience, crisis management skills, and operational leadership to every engagement. Assignments include the Mental Health Team, Male Special Team, Booking Team, and Central Control operations.
Recognized throughout military and civilian service for professionalism, leadership, accountability, and operational excellence, Joseph founded Harden Strategic Services to deliver mission-focused support to government agencies, prime contractors, and private sector clients.
